This privacy policy regulates your use of the Qamon secure mail service developed by PT. DEXPA INDONESIA DEVELOPMENT (hereinafter the Developer), registered under the legislation of the Republic of Indonesia at the address JL. JEND. SUDIRMAN KAV.1, 12TH FLOOR WISMA 46 KOTA BNI, JAKARTA, DKI JAKARTA, 10220, INDONESIA. Applications are available on the website: https://qamon.io

The Developer (owner of the Qamon service) does not collect, store or process any user data.

All data is stored either on the Everscale Blockchain, or on the user's own, or on third-party resources. However, if, in accordance with applicable personal data laws, by using qamon.io under this Agreement, you transfer any personal data to the Developer, you do this at your own risk. In this case, you also hereby confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Developer according to the present Privacy Policy rules contained herein.

Your privacy is important to us. It is the Developer's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our service.

We use your personal information as this Privacy Policy describes. No matter where you are, where you live, or what your citizenship is, we provide the same high standard of privacy protection to all our users around the world, regardless of their country of origin or location.

The present Privacy Policy is an integral part of Terms of Service Agreement you are obliged to comply with when you use the Qamon.io. Terms and definitions used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in Terms of Use (Service Agreement) unless otherwise is expressly stated herein.

"User Personal Information" is any information about one of our Users which could, alone or together with other information, personally identify them or otherwise be reasonably linked or connected with them. Information such as a username and password, an email address, a real name, an Internet protocol (IP) address and a photo are examples of “User Personal Information.”

User Personal Information does not include aggregated, non-personally identifying information that does not identify a User or cannot otherwise be reasonably linked or connected with them. We may use such aggregated, non-personally identifying information for research purposes and to operate, analyze, improve, and optimize our Website and Service.

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or making any transactions or confirmation of details process.

You authorize us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Services which are available through our Website by us or our sub-contractors.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information, such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. If you choose to store any Sensitive Personal Information on our servers, you are responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding that data.

If you are a child under the age of 16, you may not have an Account on the Website. We do not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our content specifically to children under 16. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are a User who is under the age of 16, we will have to close your Account. Please see our Terms of Use (Service Agreement) for information about Account termination. Different countries may have different minimum age limits, and if you are below the minimum age for providing consent for data collection in your country, you may not have an Account on the Site.

To the extent that our processing of your User Personal Information is subject to certain international laws (including, but not limited to, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), we are required to notify you about the legal basis on which we process User Personal Information.

We may collect, hold, use and disclose information for the following purposes and User Personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:

Qamon.io doesn’t collect any type of personal information that can possibly harm your privacy.

Qamon.io developers do not have any technical options to get access to your mail or be able to read what's in there.

  • third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, analytics, error loggers, maintenance or problem-solving providers.

  • courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities and law enforcement officers, as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights;

Where possible, we will provide this information in CSV format or other easily readable machine format. You may request that we erase the personal information we hold about you at any time. You may also request that we transfer this personal information to another third party.

To unsubscribe from our e-mail database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the details below or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication. Deletion of data: After an account has been deleted, certain data, such as history of transactions and bought Products, will remain. However, we will delete or de-identify your User Personal Information, including your username and email address, from the author field of issues, pull requests, and comments by associating them with a ghost user. That said, the email address you have supplied via registration procedure will always be associated with your transactions in the Site. If you choose to make your email address private, you should also update your settings. We are unable to change or delete data in the Site history — the Site software is designed to maintain a record — but we do enable you to control what information you put in that record.
